I'm not any good with words so bear with me! I'm the kind of person that likes to try a lot of new and different things but, I don't always commit to them. Sometimes I'll try something new and if I enjoy it enough it turns in to a hobby, if not then it kind of goes to the wayside. Cooking is something that I have always been interested in and enjoy very much. It isn't one of those things that I let just go to the wayside, not only because I enjoy it but because I use it pretty regularly. Who doesn't, right? (Other than rich people with chefs). There are a lot of people that don't like to cook and would rather make a frozen meal or order out but you can make cooking fun. What I like to do is make it up as I go. I'll just take whatever I have available and just throw it together and "Voila!" (I have to say that it doesn't always work however, I have a pretty high success rate!) I will share with you my techniques and some recipes that I have made up so that you may go into your kitchen and make an awesome meal out of thin air and make it tast good.
